"Breath, Body, and Mind" with Roxanne Heaney-Rumsey, Prevention Educator and Breath-Body-Mind™ Instructor

Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) is a set of gentle breathing techniques and mindful movements that help kids to reduce stress and improve mental well-being. BBM encourages a greater sense of calm, resilience, and body awareness.  Through regulating breathing patterns, kids impact their emotional states, promoting a sense of calm and healing.
